The Total Waste Management Resource Recovery Centre Project aims to create and manage the region’s first fully-integrated Resource Recovery Centre, promoting increased awareness and behavioural shifts to view waste as a resource (especially challenging materials like plastics). This initiative will expedite Papua New Guinea’s move towards more sustainable waste management practices and pave the way for a circular waste economy.
