Salvation Army: Boroko Primary School

In 2000, the PNG-Australia Partnership awarded the first Incentive Fund grant to the Salvation Army Boroko Primary School, facilitating the construction of essential facilities, including classrooms and a library. In 2007, a second grant allowed the school to expand its curriculum to grades 7 and 8, adding more classrooms and resources. Today, the school enrols between 900 and 1000 students annually, representing a 150% increase from 400 students in 2000, and offers internationally recognized education standards.
