The project will enhance the access of women, young people and people with disability to the performing arts. The new facility and improvements to the current facility will enhance MAT’s capacity to increase its impact as an important organisation and hub for the performing and creative arts, and arts education in Port Moresby, making the Centre an even greater asset for the country and the expanding city. The new facilities will also offer a range of theatre arts training and educational opportunities for Papua New Guineans by improving production quality and promoting greater use of the facility by the community.
